The 2026 general election for Arkansas's 3rd Congressional District will determine who represents the northwest Arkansas region. Incumbent Republican Steve Womack, first elected in 2010, is seeking reelection after winning an uncontested Republican primary on March 3, 2026. He faces Democrat Robb Ryerse, a pastor and nonprofit leader who switched parties after challenging Womack in the 2018 Republican primary, and independent Christopher Hocevar, a University of Arkansas doctoral candidate and teacher.

Steve Womack
Incumbent U.S. Representative for Arkansas's 3rd Congressional District since 2011. A senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, Womack chairs the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Subcommittee and formerly served as Chairman of the House Budget Committee. Prior to Congress, he served as Mayor of Rogers, Arkansas for 12 years and retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard as a Colonel after more than 30 years of military service.
