Juan Ciscomani is the Republican incumbent representing Arizona's 6th Congressional District, first elected in 2022 and reelected in 2024. He is the first naturalized American citizen from Mexico elected to the U.S. House in Arizona history, and he serves on the House Appropriations and Veterans' Affairs committees. He grew up in the district, graduated from Pima Community College and the University of Arizona, and previously worked for the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the state of Arizona.

JoAnna Mendoza is the Democratic nominee challenging incumbent Juan Ciscomani in Arizona's 6th Congressional District, having advanced from the July 21, 2026 primary. A retired U.S. Marine with a 20-year military career, she served as a Marine Corps drill instructor and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Raised in a farmworker family in Pinal County, she is a single mother who has worked as a nonprofit leader, veteran advocate, congressional staffer, and policy expert, and holds a master's degree in leadership from Grand Canyon University.
