Ford says he would lower health care costs by capping prescription drug prices at Medicare-negotiated levels, relieving medical debt, and cracking down on pharmacy benefit managers and fraudulent billing practices.

Ford’s economic message focuses on lowering the cost of living, especially housing and utility bills. His campaign says he would crack down on corporate homebuying, ban junk fees, and oppose tariff-driven price increases.

Ford says he would prioritize clean and affordable energy, oppose mandatory demand charges, expand residential solar and energy-efficiency incentives, and require large energy users such as data centers to pay their share of infrastructure and water costs.

Ford supports reproductive freedom and access to contraception and abortion services. His campaign and attorney general office have highlighted support for reproductive health access and endorsements from reproductive-rights groups.

Ford has backed Nevada’s model immigration policies, which limit state and local cooperation with immigration enforcement in schools, health care facilities, and public institutions.
